Host a Session

A scenic view of mountains under a clear blue sky, with a serene lake reflecting the landscape.

What we do

A sound bath is simple: you lie back, close your eyes, and let sound and stillness do the work. No experience needed. Just come as you are.

We believe all healing comes from God, through Jesus Christ. Each session is a time to quiet the noise, pray, and return to Him.

"Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp." Psalm 150:3

The Research

Science is catching up to what many of us have felt our entire lives: sound affects stress, heart rate, and rest.

See the studies

Sound baths are for relaxation and prayer and are not a substitute for medical care.
