Our Approach:
At Texas Sound we try to bridge the gap between the medical science applications of frequency with the ancient wisdom of acoustic sound therapy
We lead free community sound bath sessions at Levy Park in Houston on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month.
When you enter a sound bath:
We are talking about feeling with your entire body.
The quartz crystal bowls act as harmonic mirrors. They amplify coherence and gently dissolve what no longer serves.
Gongs clear emotional residue.
Chimes lift mental fog.
Drums reconnect you to your primal rhythm..
Together, these sounds form a coherent field (a sonic temple) where your body remembers how to heal.
Why Now?
Because we live in a world of noise, chronic stress, emotional overload, sensory pollution, EMFs.
Within you is a deeper silence... a true frequency that's tuned and never lost
A sound bath is an invitation to come home to that^ place.
To entrain to Earth... off algorithms.
To harmonize with the Heart away from headlines.
This is the inner way of the ❤️.
“If you want to understand the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” — Nikola Tesla
You don’t need to “do” anything during a sound bath.
Just breathe.
Receive.
Be still.
And let the sound bring you back into harmony.
We are a family based community so it is offered as a gift.
We do accept donations to help us spread the word and continue to help the many.
Are you ready to listen from within?
Join us at Levy Park or book a private session.
Bring your intention.
And let the sound bring you home.
You came to this page for a reason and we would love to help you on your journey of remembering.
Because your cells listen. Your bones resonate.
Your nervous system is an instrument waiting to be re-tuned.
At Texas Sound, we play notes and specific frequencies that allow your cells to retune to the harmony of divine love that sung them into coherence.
We offer remembrance of what it sounds and feels like to be in brain-heart coherence.

Through crystal singing bowls, Solfeggio frequencies, gongs, chimes, and sacred instruments from around the world, we create a vibrational space for your body to recalibrate.
It’s sound resonance therapy. (Not entertainment)
Because…
“Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.”
— Albert Einstein
What Is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a full-body immersion in frequency and vibration. You lie back, close your eyes, and let the healing waves wash over you—like a meditation made of sound.
We use pure quartz crystal bowls, each tuned to a specific frequency that corresponds to one of the body’s energy centers—or spiritually known as the chakras or 7 seals. These are not just spiritual concepts; they reflect the electromagnetic and neurological zones that regulate emotion, immunity, digestion, memory, and more.
When one of these energy centers is out of tune—due to stress, trauma, fatigue, or disconnection—our body enters survival mode. But when the right frequency is applied, your system can return to coherence.
The Frequencies We Use: Ancient Wisdom, Modern Science
Each bowl we use carries a specific Solfeggio frequency—tones used in sacred chant and healing rituals across centuries. Here’s how they align with the body:
• 396 Hz – Liberates guilt and fear (Root)
• 417 Hz – Clears emotional blocks and trauma (Sacral)
• 528 Hz – Supports DNA repair and deep cellular healing (Solar Plexus)
Study on cortisol and HRV improvement using 528 Hz music
• 639 Hz – Restores heart coherence and relational harmony (Heart)
• 741 Hz – Encourages detoxification and truth expression (Throat)
• 852 Hz – Enhances intuition and inner awareness (Third Eye)
• 963 Hz – Awakens pineal consciousness and spiritual connection to entrain gamma brain waves faster due to sound entrainment (Crown)
Study:
We also use the 432 Hz frequency, which is considered the natural “tuning of the Earth.” Instruments in this tuning resonate with the Schumann Resonance, the Earth’s heartbeat, and have been shown to lower anxiety and heart rate.
Study:
432 Hz reduces anxiety compared to 440 Hz music:
