This practice is not just about individual growth and becoming your own guru…It is about creating a ripple effect.

Our bodies are designed to heal themselves ...however... dis-ease is a thing & disrupt the natural flow of energy centers, leading to imbalances that affect our well-being. 

• engaging in this series, 

we aim to bring awareness & release blockages, = alignment 4 personal & planetary levels. (sounds woo woo...but theres a lot of science and practical uses to back it up) 

Each individual's journey with their energy centers is unique, shaped by different experiences, lessons, and choices. 

There is no universal method to align one's chakras; 

goal- what each thriving chakra means to you, share your experiences, and 

learn from the insights of others. 

doing this creates a supportive community where 

collective wisdom guides individual growth.

its always you vs you ...is kinda what this practice shows you. 

While the topic of chakra alignment is profound (really only felt...u can't know/feel without experiencing) and not to be taken lightly, 

we've infused elements of play into the series. 

By gamifying the process, 

we make the journey engaging and accessible, 

allowing participants to learn from each other's healing experiences. 

Some may have a vibrant Heart Energy Center and face challenges w/ their Root or Crown Energy Center, and vice versa. 

Through honest sharing of struggles + triumphs, we can support eo = achieving holistic balance. 

Monthly Focus: Starting with the Crown Chakra in January, we'll work to purify each center +  shared understanding and mutual support.

Live Sound Baths: Experience two live sound baths dedicated to each chakra, enhancing the alignment and integration process through vibrational frequency.

Community Engagement: Participate in discussions, share personal insights, and learn from the diverse experiences of fellow participants. (WhatsApp & ig Texas.sound)

This Practice Guides classes is open to all, at no cost.
